Choose from our range of chilli sauces to enrich your food. All my sauces can be used as a condiment or dipping sauce at your table or used as a marinade.

Each sauce uses different chillies to add flavour and heat. Rated from mild to exceptionally hot and numbered from 1 to 10.

3 new chilli jams - red chilli, scotch Bonnet and Ghost chilli and some super hot special edition sauces, spicy snacks and nibbles.
