I am a master pastry baker with a passion for handcrafted and homemade products.I trained in Freiburg, Germany at a traditional pastry shop and in 2018 started my master pastry baker course.
I speak 5 languages and love to speak them as much as I can.
Our bread products all made from sourdough and include a basic sourdough bread, a seeded sourdough (with sunflower, sesame and poppy seeds). baguettes, croissants, rosemary braids, pain au chocolat and many more.
