All our Sussex and Aberdeen Angus cattle are grass fed as are our Suffolk and local Romney sheep. They are also fed on cereals grown on the farm. The beef is hung for 3 weeks which tenderises the meat and improves the taste.
Annabelle also cooks delicious pies and quiches (both meat and vegetarian)
We have been working hard to source a range of the finest products and have developed a perfect selection of cheeses, meats, olives, oils, perseveres, biscuits, condiments, and sauces, also offering bespoke cheese celebration cakes and catering for events!
