Quality food produced for farmers markets in Kent and also farm shops. Every thing is made by myself (Caroline) and my husband Michael. Between us we have over 35 years experience in catering. We also cater for parties, birthdays and any other occasion that requires good food.

JR's Kitchen produces gourmet ready to eat food including our pork pies, which includes three cuts of pork, herbs and spices, our pasties including our meat version containing rump steak and our vegetarian pasty with a Bombay aloo filling. Our Scotch Eggs come in four different types and include a large free range egg with a soft yolk with the following flavours of pork with fresh thyme, pork and black pudding, pork and chorizo and a vegetarian Bombay aloo version. We also produce chutneys and piccalilli, which together with our other products are all handmade. All our Sussex and Aberdeen Angus cattle are grass fed as are our Suffolk and local Romney sheep. They are also fed on cereals grown on the farm. The beef is hung for 3 weeks which tenderises the meat and improves the taste.
A range of home made vegetarian and vegan food to eat cold or cook at home including quiches, pies, scones, pastas, curries and savoury dishes plus some soups & salads, desserts and sweet things. We also make gluten free produce. Available for catering and pop-up events.

Markets: Whitfield, BridgeWe are a small family-run fruit farm situated in the Garden of England. Our main crops are: apples, cherries and plums. The apples are locally pressed into 5 varieties of pure apple juice. We also rear turkeys from day old chicks, which we sell directly from the farm at Christmas.

They grow a range of plants, herbs and vegetable in glasshouses and poly-tunnels which is available in the Farm Shop, as well as from local butchers.

All my products are made from scratch and my pastry is all butter puff or shortcrust. My fillings are made using meat sourced from my local butcher and wherever possible I use ingredients sourced from fellow traders at Farmers' Markets. I'm passionate about keeping it Kentish, and like to introduce new products whenever possible.
